Founder & CEO

Jenny is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), an International Certified Coach (ICC) and a Certified ESG Planner (CEP®), with expertise in project and operations management, business philosophy, and corporate culture development. Jenny has also obtained certification against ISO 20700, an international standard for management consulting services.

Over three years ago, Jenny founded her own business consultancy, Multivation Consulting, dedicated to shaping distinctive corporate cultures and helping organisations build enduring enterprises. She believes that a strong corporate culture is key to improving efficiency, attracting talent, and achieving long term success.

Using her proprietary CSO (Culture, Strategy, Operations) management model, Jenny provides clients with targeted consulting, training, coaching, and book writing services — helping solve client challenges while injecting culture and spirit into the business world.

Jenny currently serves as the founding chairperson of the LEN Chamber's Wisdom chapter and as a council member of the Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong (IMCHK).

Allan is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Registered Corporate Coach, and Certified ESG Planner (CEP®), possessing proficiency in corporate and family governance and legacy, business philosophy, and corporate culture development and transformation. Allan has also acquired certification for ISO 20700: 2017 "Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services".

Allan possesses extensive expertise in compliance, corporate and family governance and legacy, risk management, human capital development across diverse sectors. He additionally crafts a variety of manuals, such as those pertaining to business philosophy, corporate culture, governance, internal controls, operations, human resources and anti-money laundering policies and procedures.

Daniel Chan

Daniel is a Certified Management Consultant with over 30 years of solid management experience in banking and finance, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Business Resilience and Experiential Education.

During his prominent career, Daniel held various auditing and security management roles at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (Group Head Office level) and The Hong Kong Jockey Club (enterprise-wide level). He provided extensive assurance and compliance services to a variety of critical business and technological functions from strategic to operational levels.

Currently, Daniel is the president of The Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong responsible for the training and accreditation of qualified management consultants in Hong Kong and Macau.

Michael Tai (PhD) is a highly accomplished Executive Development Practice Lead with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Hospitality Industry. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including Front Line Customer Service and Management, Human Resource Management, and Training & Development. Notably, he has contributed his expertise to renowned companies such as ACCOR Hotels Group, Regal Hotels International, Sheraton Hotels International, and Ritz Taipei.

Michael possesses a wide range of certifications and accreditations. He is an accredited DiSC Consultant by Corporate Plus (Australia) and holds certifications as a Certified Hospitality Trainer, Certified Hospitality Supervisor, and Certified Guest Service Professional, all honored by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). He is also a Professional Member of the HK Institute of Human Resource Management and a certified Agile PeopleOps SCRUM Master.

Patrick Chiu

Business Relationship Coach

Patrick is a seasoned business coach and trainer with extensive experience in multiple industries, including information technology, trade, manufacturing, and financial services. Starting from the IT field, he created systems for different companies.

Later, he progressed from a professional role to middle management and then to senior management positions in diversified conglomerates (China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.). He has operated domestic factories and business and promoted corporate reform in the manufacturing industry.

With experience in different work cultures, Patrick has worked in Hong Kong-funded, British-funded, and Chinese-funded companies, making him familiar with various management styles and corporate cultures. Through these experiences, Patrick has gained a deep understanding of the challenges and breakthroughs faced by entrepreneurs and the development of talent in different positions and industries.
